Working in the Built Environment, I specialise in Real Estate Development and have more than several years of experience working for private developers, property management consultancies and land owners.

My role is primarily involved with the identification and analysis of land owners requirements, development aspirations and planning permission applications, to advise on appropriate strategies and implement plans for sustainable future growth. This involves all aspects of project delivery including feasibility, conceptual designs, design development, construction, documentation and post-construction monitoring & inspection stages of projects.

My role is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, ensuring alignment with budgetary requirements whilst optimizing design and aesthetics for the ultimate result. Further to this I have am passionate about merging luxury living with the natural environment in an effort to reduce the built environments carbon footprint.
